Bounded maritime data, with provenance intact.
Read routes expose real provider data or explicit unavailability. The V7 device routes add organization-scoped authenticated ingest, calibration, engineering notes, durable history, private evidence, and admin-only activation. HTTP 200 never means every upstream provider was healthy.
